Bilingual Senior Recruiter

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you serve as the bridge between highly skilled candidates and client companies across diverse industries. Your role goes beyond filling open jobs, you provide consultative guidance, thorough vetting, and tailored solutions to ensure long-term, successful matches.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Source, recruit, and place skilled professionals and leadership-level talent across multiple industries by leveraging multiple recruiting tools and platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and detailed screenings to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interview coordination to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Complete all verifications and compliance steps, including reference checks, background checks, E-Verify, Form I-9, drug screenings, compliance, workers comp, sensitive HR duties, and others if applicable.
• Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS per Supreme Staffing standards through the entire process.
• Enter all notes, documents, and status changes promptly and consistently.

Client & Candidate Partnership

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
• Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey with professional communication.
• Deliver consistent updates and maintain a high standard of service and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate initiative by proactively supporting department needs and anticipating client and candidate requirements in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Take ownership of communication, follow-up, and problem resolution to ensure a high standard of service and successful outcomes.

Brand Representation & Community Engagement

• Represent Supreme Staffing with professionalism and integrity at all times, ensuring that all communications, interactions, and recruiting efforts reflect the company’s brand values and commitment to quality service.
• Represent Supreme Staffing at job fairs, networking events, and community engagements to promote the brand and actively source talent, with the understanding that these activities may occasionally occur outside of standard business hours.
• Actively contribute to brand visibility by posting approved content, job opportunities, and company updates on professional platforms.
• Provide support for special projects and other assignments as requested.
• May have to travel from state to state on different occasions.
