Key Responsibilities\nYour day-to-day responsibilities as a Mental Health Therapist will encompass a variety of essential clinical and therapeutic tasks:

- Provide individualized clinical services and develop comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that reflect recovery-oriented strategies. \n
- Conduct ongoing assessments to determine clients’ treatment needs and progress. \n
- Assist clients in the formulation, monitoring, and execution of individualized service plans tailored to their unique circumstances. \n
- Guide clients through the development of crucial life skills, including coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication techniques. \n
- Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to necessary services. \n
This role primarily focuses on adult clients who may be facing various mental health issues, impacting their ability to maintain stability and independence in community settings. It is essential to adopt a compassionate and patient-centered approach, ensuring that each client's individual history and needs are acknowledged in the therapeutic process. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients toward enhanced community living and improved quality of life.
Qualifications\nTo excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a: \n
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). \n
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
- Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). \n
- Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain license compliance free of disciplinary actions. \n
- A proven track record of providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, empathetic demeanor. \n
- Proficiency with technological tools and a reliable Wi-Fi connection for remote work. \n
