Position & Compensation Highlights:

Partner-track with no buy-in and full clinical autonomy
Guaranteed base salary + $50,000 sign-on bonus
Earning potential of $700K+ with well-paying ancillaries
1:4 call with excellent coverage and support
Weekly referral volume of 30-40+ new patients
Focus flexibility: General, Men's Health, or UroGyn
NP support available for Men's Health initiatives
Leadership and mentorship available
