Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Reidsville, NC. This position specializes in home health physical therapy and requires onsite work. The role involves conducting physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician orders in a supportive and professional environment.

- Maintain and submit required documentation
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Participate in staff development programs and maintain clinical skills
- Licensed NC PT or compact
