Senior Commercial Mechanical Divisional Manager job in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and Building Owners
- Train, hire and promote Project Managers, Estimators, Detailers, Purchasing, and others within the commercial mechanical division
- In charge of revenue and profit numbers for commercial division of the company
- Make sure projects are completed safely, on-time and under budget
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Mechanical Divisional Manager experience
- 15+ years of Mechanical-Airside experience
- Local in Minneapolis, MN
- Stable work-history
