Lead Clinical Excellence and Drive Patient-Centered Care We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to provide 24-hour leadership and operational oversight for assigned patient care units. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while managing clinical operations, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and fiscal performance. Key Responsibilities Provide 24-hour accountability for assigned patient care units Lead and evaluate care delivery models to improve quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to support best practices and patient-centered care Ensure appropriate staffing, skill mix, patient assignments, and workload management Monitor patient outcomes, identify trends, and implement improvement initiatives Support safe admissions, discharge planning, and care transitions Manage patient and family concerns and ensure a positive care experience Maintain compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards Develop and monitor departmental budgets and analyze financial performance Lead quality improvement initiatives and establish measurable performance indicators Recruit, hire, mentor, develop, and retain high-performing clinical teams Provide coaching and support for clinical, operational, and performance-related issues Support hospital strategic initiatives and program development Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Demonstrated leadership experience in an acute care or hospital setting Experience managing clinical operations, staffing, budgeting, and quality initiatives Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence Why Join?
