License/Certifications: Active CRNA license required; BLS, ACLS certifications

Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $184.25

What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures, including pediatric and adult patients
• Provide anesthesia for neurosurgical cases, ensuring optimal neurological management
• Perform spinal anesthesia and infiltration anesthesia as needed
• Manage ventilation and respiratory status throughout surgical procedures
• Monitor patients continuously pre-op, intra-op, and post-op
• Document all anesthesia care using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure patient safety
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols

What You Need

Required:

• Valid CRNA license in Michigan
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with general, neurosurgical, and spinal anesthesia desired

Preferred:

• Prior experience in hospital-based anesthesia
• Ability to work independently within a supervised setting
