We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to support the development and day-to-day management of employee benefit programs in Cleveland, Ohio. This role focuses on reviewing plan effectiveness, coordinating administration, and identifying opportunities to strengthen offerings that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of benefits operations to help deliver a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assess current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements that support workforce needs and broader business priorities.
• Oversee the administration of health, welfare, leave, and related programs to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Analyze participation trends, plan performance, and cost data to guide benefit decisions and program adjustments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, improve service levels, and maintain effective program operations.
• Support employee communication efforts by helping translate benefit information into clear and accessible guidance.
• Monitor compliance considerations related to benefits and leave programs, including FMLA administration support.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall program value.• Experience working with employee benefits programs, including administration, coordination, and analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices with the ability to interpret plan details and operational impacts.
• Familiarity with leave administration, including working knowledge of FMLA requirements and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in evaluating benefit data and trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining benefit information to varied audiences.
