Trial Attorney – Plaintiff Personal Injury
DFW | Full-Time

Professional Alternatives is partnering with a growing Plaintiff Personal Injury firm in the DFW area seeking a Litigation / Trial Attorney to join its team.

This is a hands-on litigation role for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of cases and handling matters from filing through trial. The practice focuses primarily on motor vehicle and commercial trucking matters .

Responsibilities:
• Manage a plaintiff PI litigation docket from filing through trial
• Handle depositions, discovery, motions, hearings, and mediations
• Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements
• Prepare cases for trial and first-chair matters when appropriate
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout litigation

Ideal Background:
• Active Texas Bar license
• Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
• Strong deposition and courtroom skills
• Trial experience or a strong desire to take cases to verdict
• Ability to independently manage and advance a litigation docket
