- Guaranteed Base Pay: $37.00 per hour.
- Average Total Pay: Our hygienists typically take home $50.00 – $60.00 per hour thanks to our generous, uncapped commission structure and busy schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough dental assessments and interpret radiographs.
- Perform expert cleanings, scaling, and root planning.
- Empower patients with essential oral health knowledge in a supportive, friendly way.
- Apply fluorides and sealants to proactively prevent decay.
- Collaborate closely and seamlessly with our dentists to manage oral diseases.
Who You Are:
- A Licensed Dental Hygienist in Ohio.
- BLS & CPR Certified.
- New grads are warmly welcomed! We love to support and grow alongside new talent.
- A collaborative team player who is passionate about patient education.
- Equipped with strong, friendly interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, empathetic, and compassionate toward every patient.
- Proficient in time management and highly reliable.
- Bonus: Experience with dental software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
