General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous management experience in quick-service restaurants, preferably within a recognized brand
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L management, labor control, and cost management
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations focusing on people, product, service, and profitability
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the management team and crew members
- Manage labor and staffing levels aligned with business needs and sales forecasts
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational policies
- Monitor financial performance, analyze results, and implement action plans to improve outcomes
- Foster a positive culture that encourages engagement and accountability among all employees
