Remote Application Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst with expertise in FACS ARM software who is passionate about solving complex business challenges, optimizing processes, and supporting critical application, data, and technology infrastructure initiatives. Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity. Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows. Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions. Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions. Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives. Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns. Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities. Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service. Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule. Provide training and support to new team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience preferred in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred. Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred. Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer-service mindset and ability to build productive working relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
