Patient Services Coordinator

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Patient Services Coordinator to join their client's team in Florida. This role is essential for ensuring that patients receive outstanding service and support. The successful candidate will handle various patient-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from patients and provide exceptional service.
• Schedule patient appointments for all office locations.
• Direct or redirect calls to appropriate departments efficiently.
• Respond to patient questions regarding services and policies.
• Address and record patient concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Gather necessary patient information required for appointments.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities held at the office to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of private information.
• Experience working in a high call volume environment.
• Friendly demeanor and positive attitude, essential for patient interactions.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Proficient in answering phones and managing multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills are required for managing patient information.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction.

Required Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, first shift.

Benefits:

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
