Commercial Loan AdministratorThe Merrimack is adding to our team of professionals and seeking a Commercial Loan Administrator to work alongside our talented team at our Main Office branch in Concord, NH. The incumbent will process commercial loan transactions from approval through closing, while working with our lending staff and customers. Hourly rate negotiable based on level of experience Commercial Loan Administrator: $22.60- $26.60PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for preparing and reviewing loan documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness and full compliance with bank policy and regulatory guidanceProactively support lending staff and customers by prioritizing daily workflows, addressing requests and ensuring an efficient loan processManage the loan process from approval through closing by coordinating with lending staff, attorneys, customers, loan operations, compliance and third parties to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan filesPerform ongoing loan servicing activitiesMaintain complete and accurate loan and credit filesPrioritize and manage workload to meet established timelines and department service level expectations in a fast paced, high-volume environmentJOB REQUIREMENTS:1-3 years of related banking experience preferredPrevious experience in loan processing or closing preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesWe believe in building genuine partnerships that encompass top of the line customer service delivered by a culture of teamwork, integrity and excellence.
