**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced **Business Analyst** with strong expertise in Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services to analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.
### Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls and recommend process improvements.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance.
* Collaborate with business users, Product Owners, Architects, and Mainframe Developers.
* Present business findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Create **process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents**.
* Maintain project documentation, requirements, and business process artifacts.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
### Required Skills
* Business Analysis experience in **Cards Acquisitions, Fraud, Marketing, or Financial Services**.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in **SQL, Excel, and reporting**.
* Experience with **requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation**.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in **Agile environments**.
