Shipping Associate – Part-Time - Days

Location: Ham Lake, MN

Pay: $16-$19/hour starting

Job Type: Part-Time, On-Site

Schedule: Open to discussion to fit the shipping needs

About the Job

We ship live insects for the pet industry.

As a part-time Shipping Support Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing materials and supplies for the shipping team with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and consistent execution.

We are building a stable, long-term team and are looking for dependable individuals who want consistent work and can make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare materials and supplies
• Pack and prepare live insect orders for shipment
• Ensure order accuracy before shipping
• Label and organize outgoing packages
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow safety and handling procedures at all times
• Operate basic equipment: tape guns, packaging tools, and materials safely and efficiently
• Work with a team to meet daily shipping goals

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, bending, and repetitive movement throughout shift
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, dusty conditions
• Ability to safely handle live insects

Pay & Benefits

We offer competitive pay to attract reliable, safety-minded, long-term team members (according to company policy):

• $16-$19/hour starting rate
• ESST (Minnesota Earned Sick & Safe Time)
