General Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to step into a General Manager role at SONIC Drive-In.

If you're passionate about running strong operations, building a great team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience, this is your opportunity. As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the drive-in — from team development to daily operations and financial results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Leading, training, and developing team members, carhops, skating carhops, and managers
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure company standards are met
  • Enforcing policies and maintaining compliance with company procedures
  • Creating work schedules and managing staffing levels
  • Monitoring inventory and placing product orders
  • Hiring and training team members and members of the management team
  • Handling guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Driving local marketing efforts and growing sales
