Phlebotomist

Job Description

Insight Global is actively seeking a Certified Phlebotomist for a fast-growing clinic in Charleston, South Carolina. This part-time role offers a fixed schedule of 16-20 hours per week, with shifts arranged as either two 8-hour or five 4-hour blocks. The position focuses exclusively on performing blood draws and documenting related data within a small clinic team, without involvement in lab processing or analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform blood draws following established venipuncture techniques
Accurately document patient data and blood collection details
Interact compassionately and professionally with patients
Follow safety and infection control procedures rigorously

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in phlebotomy
Certified Phlebotomist credential

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with blood collection and venipuncture techniques
Familiarity with medical documentation standards
Commitment to safety compliance
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills
