We are looking for detail-oriented housekeepers to join our Santa Fe team! Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized spaces that promote comfort and a positive experience for guests, residents, or staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out.
• Report and return any guest personal lost/found in units.
• Report cases of any property damage in unit immediately to supervisor after guest check out.
• Understand the company’s policy on guest’s possessions and privacy issues.
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.
• Clean and maintain guest common areas, lobby area, and lobby bathrooms to standards.
• Thoroughly clean kitchen and dining areas, counter tops, small appliances, etc.
• Run dishwashers or hand washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans, etc.
• Wipes and dusts surfaces in rooms and cleans mirrors .
• Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes.
• Clean and disinfect, bathrooms, toilets, showers and floor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to function well in a highpaced environment and at times multitask.
• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Detailoriented and thorough and follow up is essential.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests and coworkers.
• Available to work shifts and on weekends.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds.
