Pay: Team Members: $13 $18 per hour (base + tips)

Shift Leads: $17 $20 per hour (base + tips) Competitive pay. Tips paid out. Real opportunity to grow.

Be the face of Capriotti's! You'll create amazing guest experiences while preparing our award-winning sandwiches.

• Greet guests with energy and a genuine smile
• Take accurate orders (in-store & drive-thru if applicable)
• Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads to recipe standards
• Keep the restaurant clean and organized
• Follow food safety standards
• Work as part of a fast-moving, supportive team

• 16+ years old
• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and ready to learn

Shift Lead

Ready for the next step? As a Shift Lead, you'll help run the shift, support the team, and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead by example and motivate team members
• Ensure excellent guest service every shift
• Help manage workflow during busy periods
• Support training and development of new hires
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with cash handling and shift responsibilities

• Leadership mindset
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and professional under pressure
