- Supervise and support nurses and nurse aides on the unit
- Participate in daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team
- Implement and interpret organizational policies
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
- Address resident and family questions or concerns
- Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Previous Supervisor experience
