Pay: Weekly & Competitive Pay + Shift Differential + Day 1 Benefits & 401K
Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM | Monday–Thursday
Friday Overtime Available (Not Mandatory)

No aerospace experience required. We provide hands-on training for candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, construction, fabrication, or other hands-on work experience.
What You'll Do- Operate press, stamping, forming, and tube bending equipment
- Load raw materials and remove finished parts from machines
- Monitor machine performance and production output
- Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks
- Use calipers, gauges, and measuring tools
- Complete production paperwork and quality documentation
- Support tooling changes and basic machine adjustments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operator, or general labor experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Press operation, stamping, metal forming, punch press, or tube bending experience
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing experience
- Machine setup or troubleshooting experience
- Weekly pay
