Psychiatric RN: Care Coordination & De-escalation

Universal Hospital Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in El Paso, Texas, to coordinate and evaluate patient care. The RN will collaborate with the health team ensuring standards of care are followed according to Texas Board of Nursing. Candidates must possess a nursing degree, a valid Texas nursing license, and at least one year of nursing experience is preferred.
