Foreperson – Plants and Asphalt What You Can Expect $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential. Annual increase potential. OT after 8. Paid Time Off. $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited! What you will do Coordinate asphalt plant activity. Communicate daily workload. Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up. Previous supervisory experience. Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills. Benefits 80% of health care costs are paid by the Company year-round.
