About the Opportunity:

• The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing overall facility maintenance, including repairs and preventive maintenance of plant equipment such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, and HVAC systems.
• In addition, this role is responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment, including performing scheduled preventive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues.

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• General maintenance activities on plant utility systems to ensure a continuous supply of heat, steam, electrical power, chilled water, gas, and compressed air.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, including motors and variable frequency drives.
• Perform tasks involving industrial control wiring and troubleshooting.
• Conduct PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear, damage, or safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related environment
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with the manufacturing of circuit card assemblies and sensitive electronics.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering from raw material to finished goods.

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
• Results-oriented and able to handle multiple projects.
• Must possess good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrates organizational and team-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
