Opportunity Summary A growing quick-service restaurant franchise group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume location in Milledgeville, GA 31061. This role requires an operational leader with direct experience managing store profitability, team development, guest satisfaction, and execution in a fast-paced drive-thru environment. The position offers operational oversight of daily performance, with long-term opportunities for career advancement into multi-unit leadership as the organization expands.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring brand standards, customer service, and food safety protocols are consistently executed.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members and shift managers while fostering a productive, high-retention work culture.
• Manage store financial performance, maintaining direct control over labor optimization, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), food waste, and overall P&L profitability.
• Conduct inventory audits, manage product ordering, and implement daily and weekly scheduling efficiencies.
• Analyze store performance metrics, develop strategic action plans, and drive continuous sales growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or drive-thru environment preferred (experience with brands such as McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, or Whataburger is highly preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of P&L management, labor cost controls, food cost controls, inventory systems, and employee scheduling.
• Demonstrated history of team development, accountability, and operational follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Active ServSafe Manager Certification required (or ability to obtain certification within 5 days of hire).
• Full open availability required, including willingness to work mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
• Ability to travel for required training programs and company meetings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to $10,000 annually based on operational performance and financial targets
