Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate contributes to a party-like atmosphere where customers are treated like invited guests. This position creates a genuine customer relationship, resulting in Raving Fans that feel a connection to Rally House stores and people. This position assists in all aspects of hosting the Rally house party, from opening and closing procedures, maintaining a thorough, up to date knowledge of products and ensuring that products are merchandised in a visually appealing way to meet standards. This position contributes to the store and team in a productive manner through thorough completion of responsibilities as assigned by their store leaders. Responsibilities include effective communication with guests, management, and store associates; upholding company standards for merchandising presentation; generating sales, add-ons, and developing relationships with guests; ensuring customer service remains the top priority; and handling cash accurately. Skills required include ability to work under moderate supervision, clear and confident communication, detail orientation, enthusiasm, functional digital skills, growth mindset, and outgoing personality. Physical qualifications include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
