Job Title: Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hours/week)

Type: Outpatient Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Role Description:

In our company, the Clinic Director (CD) functions similarly to a CEO within their clinic. This dual-role is tailored for seasoned clinicians who wish to blend exceptional patient care with leadership, mentorship, and operational management. Supported by our robust corporate network, you will oversee daily clinic functions, guide fellow clinicians, manage the financial aspects of your clinic, and cultivate strong referral networks in your community.

Compensation:

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000 (dependent on location, experience, certifications, etc.)
• Attractive Director bonus structure (starting at a potential $6,000 annually)
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment options available for select positions (up to $10,000)
