Daily Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Review and interpret blueprints and architectural designs Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair installations Conduct preventive maintenance and quality control inspections Required Skills: Construction Management Blueprint Interpretation Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Architectural Design Knowledge Plumbing Installation Experience Nice to Have Skills: OSHA Certification Estimating and Specifications Expertise Engineering Background Experience with Quality Control Processes Ability to Conduct Inspections Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $100,000.00 Maximum Salary: $150,000.00 Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Leave Long-Term Disability Coverage Company Information: Medders Construction Company is a family-owned business located in La Porte, Texas, licensed to work in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arizona.
