Community-Based Employment Coach

Cottonwood is seeking an Employment Consultant I to help individuals with disabilities explore careers, secure employment, and thrive in the workplace. This community‑focused role emphasizes building relationships, problem‑solving, and supporting long‑term success through coaching and advocacy.

You’ll work in a highly relational, hands‑on capacity, traveling locally to connect with employers, assess needs, and provide person‑centered planning and supports.
