Associate Manager, Operations & Sales, College

We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Associate Manager of Operations & Sales to join our College team.

This person will be the operational backbone of the team– keeping the trains on track, creating structure across a fast-moving portfolio of work, and ensuring we’re operating as efficiently and effectively as possible. You’ll support our planning cadence and marketing laydown, track budgets, contracts and invoicing, and help keep cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and partners updated against key priorities and deadlines.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting adoption of BFF among college organizations, building relationships with sororities, clubs, student organizations, and other campus communities to make BFF their go-to platform for connecting and organizing.

We’re a small, entrepreneurial team, so this role extends beyond traditional operations and sales. Everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves– whether that means attending an event, helping execute an activation, identifying a new campus opportunity, or bringing a great idea to the table.

What You'll Do

• Operations & Planning

  • Support the operational needs of the College team, helping keep projects, activations, partnerships, and campaigns organized and on schedule.

  • Maintain and update the College marketing laydown, providing a clear view of what is happening across campuses, channels, partnerships, and key moments.

  • Support the team’s planning and operating cadence, including tracking timelines, status updates, deliverables, and key decision points.

  • Follow established systems and processes to help the team to operate more efficiently without adding unnecessary complexity.

  • Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, vendors, campus partners, and other stakeholders to keep workstreams moving forward.

  • Identify potential roadblocks early to keep projects on track.

  Budget, Contracts & Administration

  • Assist with tracking the College team’s budget, including tracking spend, forecasting, reconciling actuals, and maintaining visibility into remaining budget.

  • Process invoices and contract paperwork across agencies, vendors, creators, ambassadors, organizations, and other partners.

  • Follow established workflows with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure agreements and payments move efficiently through the organization.

  • Maintain organized records and reporting across contracts, invoices, vendors, partnerships, and key deliverables.

  BFF Sales & Campus Partnerships

  • Support outreach of BFF as a platform for college organizations and communities, with an initial focus on sororities, clubs, and other highly connected student groups.

  • Help build relationships with influential campus organizations and student leaders.

  • Help develop a scalable outreach and onboarding approach that makes it easy for organizations to understand, adopt, and use BFF.

  • Track and update pipeline of prospective organizations from initial outreach through activation and ongoing engagement.

  • Gather feedback from campus partners and students to identify opportunities to improve the experience and inform broader College and BFF strategy.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product to identify creative ways to drive organizational adoption and turn early partners into advocates.

  College Marketing

  • Support the broader College team across activations, partnerships, ambassadors, events, and other marketing initiatives as directed.

  • Be willing to get hands-on— including traveling to campuses, attending events, supporting activations, and jumping in wherever needed to make something successful.

  • Stay close to college culture and proactively bring forward new ideas, partnerships, organizations, and opportunities.

  • Operate with a “no task is too big or too small” mentality as we continue to build and evolve our college strategy.

About You

• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams simultaneously.

• A natural operator who loves creating order, building systems, and keeping people accountable.

• Strong project management skills with a bias toward action and follow-through.

• Comfortable tracking & owning budgets, contracts, invoicing, timelines, and operational processes.

• Commercially minded and energized by outreach, relationship-building, and getting people excited about a product or idea.

• Confident communicating with everyone from internal executives and cross-functional partners to sorority leaders and college students.

• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in an environment where the playbook is still being written.

• Strong pulse on college and Gen Z culture, with genuine curiosity about how students connect, socialize, and build community.

• Willingness to travel and be on the ground at college campuses and events when needed.

• A collaborative, low-ego teammate who is equally comfortable developing a plan and rolling up their sleeves to execute it.

What Success Looks Like

• You support the operational infrastructure that allows the College team to move quickly without things falling through the cracks. The team has clear visibility into priorities, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; partners and vendors move smoothly through contracting and payment; and our resources are being deployed efficiently.

• At the same time, you build a growing network of college organizations actively using BFF– creating a repeatable model for bringing sororities, clubs, and campus communities onto the platform.
