Auto Body Technician – Auto Body & Metal Finishing HPAG Offroad | Chandler, Arizona | Made in America

At HPAG, we don't repair damaged vehicles — we manufacture premium off-road truck parts from raw material to finished product, entirely in-house, right here in Arizona. We're growing fast and need skilled hands who know the difference between a good grind and a great one.

This is a production fabrication role, not a body shop. You'll be working on new metal every day — prepping, finishing, and quality-checking components that go on trucks across the country.

What You'll Be Doing

· Surface grinding and DA finishing to exact quality standards

· Removing weld berries and performing minor weld repairs

· Operating press forming dimple dies

· Ensuring tight fitment on small part components

· Owning your station — hitting production targets and quality benchmarks every shift

What You Bring to the Floor

· Hands-on experience in auto body, metal fabrication, or a related metal trade

· Comfortable running angle grinders, dual-action sanders, chisels, and needle scalers

· A sharp eye for detail and pride in the quality of your work

· Self-motivated — you don't need someone standing over your shoulder

· Ability to work at pace and adapt as priorities shift

· 18+ with a high school diploma or GED

What We Offer

· $18/hr to start | Weekly pay

· Full benefits package

· Two shifts available:

o 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

o 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (starts with a few weeks on 1st shift for training)
