Job Description Production Associate Food Manufacturing Archbold, OH 1st Shift: $17.50/hr Paid Weekly Shift Details (Flexibility Required):

- Must be available and flexible with start times, end times, and days
- Be prepared to work 8-12 hour shifts
- 1st shift: Start time varies from 4:30am to 7am out time will be either 3pm or 3:30pm.
- Support daily manufacturing operations on the production floor
- Assist with assembling, packaging, and inspecting products
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Work on production lines assembling, packaging, or inspecting products
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and efficiency standards
- Work as part of a team to support operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Flexibility with schedule and overtime
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
