RN Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - Travel / Contract - Night

Titan Medical Group is seeking an experienced Travel ICU Registered Nurse to support high‑acuity patient care in Intensive Care Units across partner hospitals. In this role, you will provide expert bedside care to critically ill and post‑surgical patients, including those benefiting from Titan Medical Inc.’s innovative robotic‑assisted Sport Surgical System. As a traveling ICU RN, you will bring your advanced clinical skills and adaptability to a variety of facilities, helping local teams deliver safe, precise, and high‑quality care while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and ethical practice. Working within the broader Healthcare & Medical Services team, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and continuously evaluate patient responses to complex therapies. You will manage ventilated patients, interpret and respond to hemodynamic data, titrate vasoactive drips, and care for patients with central and arterial lines, chest tubes, and surgical drains. You will collaborate closely with intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, advanced practice providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate care for patients with multi‑system involvement and rapidly changing conditions. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and blood products safely, monitoring telemetry and cardiac rhythms, recognizing and responding to clinical deterioration, and actively participating in rapid responses and codes. You will adhere strictly to evidence‑based infection prevention practices, maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation, and contribute to a culture of continuous quality improvement. As an ambassador of Titan Medical’s focus on innovation, quality, and safety, you will also play a key role in supporting best practices around robotic‑assisted and advanced surgical care, ensuring meticulous post‑operative monitoring and early identification of complications. This position requires a high degree of independence, critical thinking, and flexibility. As a Travel ICU RN, you will adapt quickly to new hospital environments, policies, and electronic medical record systems, while maintaining consistent standards of practice and professionalism. You will orient rapidly to each unit’s workflows, build collaborative relationships with local staff, and model effective communication with patients and families during times of significant stress and uncertainty. Education of patients and families about conditions, treatments, and recovery expectations will be central to your practice.
