Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manual & CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic team in Marshfield, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing both manual and CNC lathes to produce high-quality components. MUST PASS A DRUG TEST
Responsibilities- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machining processes.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to maintain optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Manual and CNC Lathe Operator.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
You should be proficient in:

- CNC Programming
- Tape Measure Reading
- CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
- Manual Machining Skills
