Social Media Manager & E-Commerce Growth Specialist (Part-Time & Full-Time Options Available)

Are you a digital native who knows how to turn views into sales? We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to run our digital footprint—managing our social channels, driving sales through live-streaming, and scaling our revenue with Google Ads.
\n \nIf you have a knack for crafting killer content, a head for performance marketing, and love the energy of e-commerce, this is the role for you. We offer flexible scheduling, a collaborative local workspace in Goshen, and an upside structure that rewards your marketing wins.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nPaid Search & Growth: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on ad spend and drive direct-to-consumer sales.
\n \nSocial Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to build brand presence.
\n \nLive Selling & Conversion: Host and drive live-stream sales events on TikTok Shop and eBay Live, engaging directly with buyers in real time.
\n \nDigital Merchandising: Assist with online product listings, digital catalogs, and basic administrative coordination to keep our e-commerce engine running smoothly.
