Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Cedar Haven Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We value the care you provide and support you with competitive pay, shift differentials, Daily Pay, and tuition assistance.

• Up to $32.00 per hour , based on experience

• Additional pay through shift differentials for:

  • Evening shifts

  • Night shifts

  • Weekend shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Differential)

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Differential)

Weekend differentials apply to eligible shifts.

• Provide nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of an RN or licensed provider

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with wound care

• Deliver care according to individualized care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
