Registered Nurse – Cath Lab

Shift: 4x10 Days (07:00 - 17:00)

Contract Length: 13 weeks; Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid RN license in the state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Ability to float to Electrophysiology or Interventional Radiology as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the lab.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' condition during and after procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on procedures and care requirements.

Compliance / Notes

Time-off requests will be approved on an individual basis and only one request is permitted per 13-week assignment. On-call requirements include 1 day per week and every 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 18:00 to Monday at 07:30). Parking is free at the facility.
