Compensation & Schedule

Key Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive and limited dental examinations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning. * Provide high-quality general and restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions. * Utilize CEREC technology and digital workflows for restorative procedures. * Review and interpret diagnostic radiographs and CBCT scans as clinically appropriate. * Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and oral-systemic health. * Incorporate evidence-informed holistic and biological dentistry principles into patient care. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental. * Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient, coordinated patient care. * Refer patients to specialists when appropriate. * Maintain high standards of clinical safety, infection control, and patient comfort.

Qualifications

* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. * Current, unrestricted Texas dental license. * Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage. * Minimum two years of clinical experience preferred. * Strong proficiency in restorative dentistry, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment planning. * Experience with CEREC, digital dentistry, and extractions preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail. * Interest in holistic, biological, and minimally invasive dentistry. * Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and continuing education.

Previous biological dentistry experience is preferred but not required. Training and opportunities to expand knowledge of our specialized protocols are available.
