What You'll Be Doing Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipmentInstall and configure Microsoft 365, security software, and standard business applicationsProvide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, password resets, and MFATroubleshoot basic computer and network issues and escalate complex problems when neededMaintain IT inventory, asset records, and equipment assignmentsPrepare, package, ship, and receive IT equipment for employees and field locationsCreate and update user guides, setup instructions, and support documentationCoordinate equipment orders, returns, and warranty claims with vendorsKeep accurate records of support requests and daily activities What We're Looking For Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, IP addresses)Strong customer service and communication skillsOrganized with excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently while collaborating with the IT ManagerExperience with inventory management or ticketing systems is a plusPrevious help desk or IT support experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate Work Environment Full-time, onsite in our Foley, Alabama officeOccasional lifting and moving of computers, monitors, and other equipment (up to 30 lbs.)Combination of desk work and hands-on equipment setupOpportunity to support both local and remote employees SDAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
