Schedule surgeries and procedures for specialties such as gastroenterology, oncology, urology, and other surgical services, including colonoscopy and hemorrhoid procedures. Coordinate and confirm surgery dates, times, and locations with patients, providers, and surgical teams. Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to surgery and office visits, ensuring accurate documentation. Complete prior authorizations for surgeries, procedures, and related services in accordance with payer requirements.
