Team Leader – Loop Neighborhood Market, Menifee, CA (Full‑time) Menifee, California • Full Time • Immediate Start • Expiry: 06 Jul 2026 Position Summary Lead store operations while training and coaching staff, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability. You will manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and compliance while troubleshooting equipment and maintaining a clean, customer‑friendly environment. Primary Responsibilities Train and coach new staff, manage performance, and handle staffing needs. Create schedules, track time, and ensure accurate store paperwork reconciliation. Stock products, maintain store cleanliness, and manage product merchandising. Forecast, order, and control inventory with focus on shrinkage control. Track and manage operating expenses to ensure profitability. Develop a sales‑driven culture using data analysis and goal setting. Ensure efficient, courteous customer service for customers, vendors, and staff. Troubleshoot and resolve car wash and gas‑related issues. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and budget requirements. Maintain a clean, customer‑friendly environment inside and outside the store. Perform additional duties as assigned. Strong mathematics ability. Strong written and oral communication skills. Desire to be part of a performance‑driven team. Valid driver’s license and insurance. Reliable form of transportation to and from the workplace and off‑site training. Must be 21+ years of age. Ability to work various shifts and days of the week depending on business needs. Employee Incentives Employees with 6 months to 3 years – 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel. Employees with 3 years to 5 years – 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel. Employees with 5+ years – 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel. Maximum 20 gallons and 2 fill‑ups per week. Physical Requirements Constant standing, bending, and reaching; frequent lifting of 1–5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40–50 pounds.
