RESTAURANT SHIFT LEADER (PART-TIME)

Zaxby's - - Responsibilities: Oversees the people, processes, and products required to execute a shift; Sets shift goals, assigns tasks to team members, ensures processes are followed and responds to guests' needs; Trains and coaches team members and communicates performance concerns to the General Manager; Maintains operational standards and ensures compliance with company guidelines and procedures; Manages guest experiences, inventory, food production/quality, and ensures safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
