As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasksFostering positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.Encouraging self-help activitiesImplements Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support PlansManage Individual's behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression.Keeps accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/ disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, as well as other documentation.Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments.Transporting clients or running errands for clientsOther duties as assigned.Eighteen years of age or olderPass background checkDriver's license with valid Auto InsuranceHigh school diploma/GED
