Assistant Nurse Manager

Assistant Nurse Manager functions as a clinical expert and is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or directing patient care.

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of care based on age/gender specific components.
• Assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
• Self-directed and influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team and creating innovative process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Supports the Nurse Manager (NM) with supervisory duties and responsibility and accountability for the daily operation of the designated clinics. Provides coverage for other ANMs as needed.
• Engages in professional organizations to enhance leadership and career growth. Adheres to ethical principles in decision-making, fostering accountability at personal, organizational, and staff levels.
• Contributes to the development of care delivery models and environmental design, ensuring evidence-based, accessible, affordable, and equitable patient care. Ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience:

• NIII and ANM experience
• Ambulatory clinic experience
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience
• Experience with population health / chronic disease management
• NSG or PI background

Pay: Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
