Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you will provide essential daily care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe and compassionate care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents as needed
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Provide routine hygiene care and ensure resident comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts
• Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Employment Type

• Shifts Available:
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem opportunities available
