We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations by serving as the central point of communication between customers, drivers, warehouse teams, retail locations, and internal departments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and keeping operations running smoothly while working in a collaborative healthcare-related environment.

Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Coordinate operational activities before orders and information are sent to warehouse teams.
• Partner with customer service, retail teams, and call center staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Answer patient phone calls and assist with:
  • Equipment troubleshooting
  • Oxygen equipment evaluations
  • Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service requests
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with hospice partners.
• Assist walk-in patients with equipment returns and deliveries.
• Manage routing and dispatch activities by communicating with drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communications through Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.
• Provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team-player mentality with a willingness to support others
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Fully onsite position
• Work location may be in a dispatch office within the warehouse or a cubicle workspace
• Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• On-call opportunities available up to twice per week, including weekdays and weekends
• Some on-call shifts may involve extended coverage periods

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in New Berlin,WI.
