Career Consulting Partners is partnering with a nationally recognized personal injury law firm that provides legal representation to clients across the United States. We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 6–10 years of experience to join the firm’s Irvine, CA office. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience and a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of individuals injured due to negligence. This role is focused exclusively on litigation; no pre-litigation responsibilities are required.

Duties:

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload, driving cases through all phases of litigation from intake through trial and resolution.

• Conduct strategic liability and damages investigations, leveraging medical records, expert analysis, and factual development to maximize case value.

• Draft and argue substantive pleadings and motions, including discovery motions, law and motion practice, and oppositions to Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJ).

• Aggressively negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel, consistently positioning cases for maximum recovery.

• Maintain proactive client communication, set expectations, and deliver high-level client service throughout litigation.

• Serve as First Chair in civil jury trials, handling trial strategy, witness examinations, and courtroom advocacy through verdict.

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar, with 6 - 10 years of personal injury litigation experience and a strong emphasis on trial work, including a minimum of 8 to 10 civil jury trials to verdict.

• Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law, state procedures, and litigation strategy, with strong analytical and legal research capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence, and effectively advising clients throughout litigation.

• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, meet competing deadlines, and achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Collaborative professional who works effectively with attorneys and support staff, exercises sound judgment, and maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 +
