It is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment tailored to individual recovery needs. Patients recovering from stroke, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries will be served. The facility strives to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The unit has 40 beds with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6. Epic is the electronic health record system used. The patient population primarily includes adults. Additional skills or experience may be preferred. Common diagnoses/treatments will be encountered in this role. A suitable personality fit for a rehabilitation setting is important for success.
