Assistant Montessori Teacher- Primary in Murfreesboro, TN, US Job post summary- Assistant Montessori Teacher-Primary Pay: $2,400.00 – $2,700.00 per month We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team. As an Assistant Montessori Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. Responsibilities Provide support to the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students Help with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks Support students with special needs, including working with children on the autism spectrum Collaborate with the lead teacher in behavior management strategies Assist in curriculum development and lesson planning Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about student progress Maintain a clean and organized classroom Requirements Must be 21 years of age Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred pervious experience in a Montessori teaching environment preferred, but not required willing to get a Montessori teaching assistant certification Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail At our center, we offer competitive pay rates, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
